Subject:- SUBMISSION OF PROMOTION CASES OF LEVIES EMPLOYEES FROM (BPS-01 TO BPS-15) AS PER SERVICE RULES-2023

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee No. 02 is scheduled to be held In 02^nd May, 2024 (Thursday) therefore, It is requested that the proms cases of Levies employees from BPS-01 to BPS-15 against the vacant posts of Promotion quota as per Service Rules-2023 in vogue may be furnished to the Directorate for placement before the Departmental Promotion Committee for its consideration. Promotion cases shall reach to this Directorate within (03) days positively, duly completed in all respect as per following requirements.

1. Working Paper
2. Proofs (Admin Approval / Budget Book) of total sanction strength of the cadre duty verified by the Deputy Commissioner and District Account Officer (concerned)
3. Copy of the Service Rules through which the post is governed.
4. Proposal for the Department Promotion Committee
5. Profile of each Recommended duly signed by the Deputy Commissioner
6. Copy of the Final Seniority duly issued In the prescribed manner
7. Notification Departmental Promotion Committee
8. Copies of the first appointment order and subsequent all appointment / promotion orders of the officers /officials included in the panel duly verified by the Deputy Commissioner
9. Present incumbency in the cadre (with proofs)
10. PERs Synopsis of last five years on the prescribed format duly signed by the concerned Deputy Commissioner.
11. Certificate that no disciplinary action / proceedings /Court case/ NAB or criminal charges in any Court of law are pending or being contemplated against any of the officers / officials included in the panel (if pending enclosed order of inquiry/ statement of allegations).
12. PERs last five years (Original)of the officers/officials included in the panel
13. Copies of the educational certificates possessed by the officers / officials us per Service Rules
