Pakistan Post Ensures Transparency in Recruitment & Rental Property Inquiry:
The Pakistan Post Office Department has taken a significant step toward ensuring transparency in its recruitment process and rental property management. In a recent notification issued by the Office of the Director General, Pakistan Post, the department has directed that the inquiry committee’s recommendation regarding recruitment tests be implemented while maintaining fairness and integrity.
As per the notification, the recruitment test must:
✔ Follow the same pattern, difficulty level, and procedure across all Circles.
✔ Be conducted as per the recruitment policy of 2022-23.
✔ Be strictly completed within the prescribed time frame.
✔ Ensure quality, transparency, and integrity in the process.
Postmaster Generals across the country have been instructed to oversee the process and ensure strict compliance with the directives. This move comes as part of Pakistan Post’s commitment to maintaining transparency and fairness in hiring and property management.

SUBJECT: INQUIRY COMMITTEE ON PAKISTAN POST RENTAL PROPERTIES AND RECRUITMENTS.
I am directed to refer to this office letter of even No. dated 25-02-2025 and state that the test recommended by the inquiry committee in recommendation no. 2 may be conducted, as per recruitment policy followed during recruitment 2022-23, subject to due process of law. Furthermore, in order to ensure apple to apple comparison of the process, tests with same difficulty level, pattern, procedure in all Circles be conducted. Postmaster Generals must ensure the quality, transparency and integrity of the process. The tests must be conducted strictly within the time period already prescribed vide this office letter referred above.
This issues with the approval of the Director General.
