PESCO Requests Continued Salary Payments for Officers Amid Extension Review:

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) has issued an important directive regarding salary payments for officers who were recruited on a lump sum pay package for a one-year contract. With their contract term now expired, their extension requests are under review by the HR Directorate. However, due to procedural delays, the approval process has not yet been finalized.

To ensure financial stability for these officers and to prevent any operational disruptions, PESCO has officially requested the continuation of salary payments until a final decision on their extension is made. This step is crucial in maintaining workforce stability and ensuring that ongoing projects within the organization are not affected.

SUBJECT:             REQUEST TO CONTINLE SALARY PAYMENTS FOR OFFICERS PENDING EXTENSION APPROVAL

                      Your kind attention is invited to the matter concerning the officers who were inducted on a lump sum pay package for a period of one year. As per the terms, their current agreement has been expired, and their requests for further extension is currently under review by the HR Directorate. Unfortunately, due to some procedural delays, the extension process has not been finalized as of yet.

                        In light of this, it is requested that the officers’ salary payments be continued without interruption until the final decision on their extension is made. We believe that ensuring the continuity of their pay during this interim period will not only support these officers but also ensure smooth operations within the organization.
