Punjab Government Announces Interview Schedule for College Principal Vacancies:

The Directorate of Public Instruction (Colleges), South Punjab has officially released a notification regarding the interviews for the vacant posts of Principals in various colleges across Multan, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan Divisions. As per the government notification, the interviews will be held on:

📅 February 22, 2025 (Saturday): Bahawalpur & D.G. Khan Division
📅 February 23, 2025 (Sunday): Multan Division

To ensure smooth proceedings, the concerned Directors of Education (Colleges) have been instructed to:

✅ Communicate call letters to all applicants
✅ Submit five sets of the required proforma for each applicant
✅ Provide original PERS/ACRs of the last five years
✅ Ensure applicants bring original academic documents on interview day

All applicants must comply with these directives and be present at the designated interview venues with the necessary documents. Please find the official notification below:

SUBJECT:             COMMUNICATION OF CALL LETTERS AND SUBMISSION OF PROFORMA FOR THE APPLICANTS CALLED FOR INTERVIEW AGAISNT THE POST OF PRINCIPAL IN EACH COLLEGE

Apropos the subject cited above,

                        It is to inform that the Competent Authority has desired to conduct the interviews for the vacant post of Principals in South Punjab, which are scheduled to be held on 22.02.2025 (Saturday) for Bahawalpur and D. G. Khan Division and on 23.02.2025 (Sunday) for Multan Division. In this regard, it is directed that five sets of the enclosed proforma must be filled for all the applicants called for interview for each college he/she has called for and should be submitted to this office by tomorrow 20.02.2025.

                        Moreover, the concerned Director of Education (College), is directed to ensure the communication of the enclosed call letters in respect of each applicant well in time for the smooth conduct of the said interviews. Concerned Directors are also directed to provide original PERS/ACRs for last five years in respect of each applicant called for interview at the time of interview. Applicants are also required to bring their original academic documents at the time of interview.
