SUBJECT: OBSERVANCE OF PUBLIC DEALING HOURS.
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that Chief Minister, Punjab has been pleased to direct that following instructions shall be Implemented In all public offices (Inducing Subordinate Offices, Attach. Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Companies & Authorities) A letter and spirit:
i. 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM shall be observed as Public Dealing Hours to listen to the problems of General Public and Issue necessary directions for their redressal.
ii. During Public Dealing Hours, respective officers shall ensure their availability in offices and keep office doors open for General Public.
iii. Field visit and meetings shall be scheduled after Public Dealing Hours.
