Subject: STANDARD DRESS CODE FOR NAIB QASIDS
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the Competent Authority has desired to specify a standardized dress code for all the Naib Qasids to ensure a cohesive and professional image within the office. A clear dress code not only promotes professionalism but also fosters a sense of respect.
2. I am further directed to convey that all the Naib Qasids should observe the following dress code:
- White Shalwar Qameez with Black Waistcoat
- Name Plate
- White Prayer Cap
- Black Shoes
3. It is, therefore, requested that the above instructions may be disseminated to all the offices under your administrative control for immediate Compliance.
