SUBJECT:             REGULAR PROMOTION TO BS-20 FOR THE POST OF DIRECTOR PUBLIC INSTRUCTION/ADDL. D.P.I.(SE/EE), DIRECTORS, PRINCIPALS OF MALE & FEMALE OFFICERS (GENERAL CADRE) WORKING IN BS-19

                        Find enclosed herewith Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department (Section Confidential-I) vide letters No. SO(C-I) 2-6/2025 dated 26^th March, 2025 & SO(C-I)2-7/2025 dated 26^th March, 2025 on the subject cited above.

2.         It is to inform that the subject working paper was scrutinized in the meeting of Pre-PSB-I/Scrutiny Committee held on 26.03.2025. The committee has pointed out the observations mentioned in the enclosed letters.

3.                     CEOS(DEA) and DEOS(SE) are requested to take up the matter at your own personal level to remove the above mentioned observations as highlighted in the Pre-PSB-I mentioned in the letters dated 26.03.2025.

4.                     DEOS(SE) are directed to submit comprehensive report regarding removal of said observations on 03.04.2025. Further, I am directed that DEOS(SE) shall attend the office of DPI(SE), 03.04.2025(Thursday) at 11:00 am positively.
