Higher Education Department Announces New Vice Chancellor for University of Gujrat:
The Higher Education Department of the Government of Punjab takes great pride in announcing the appointment of Prof. Dr. Zahoor ul Haq as the new Vice Chancellor of the University of Gujrat. NOTIFICATION
No. SO (Univ.)5-3/2024. Pursuant to the recommendations submitted by the Search Committee constituted vide Higher Education Department’s Notification No. SO (Univ.)5-1/2018.VOL-V dated 25.05.2024, the Chief Minister has been pleased to appoint Prof. Dr. Zahoor ul Haq as Vice Chancellor of the University of Gujrat in terms of Article 105 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, read with Section 9(7) of the University of Gujrat Act, 2004 and entry 11 of Part-A of the Third Schedule of the Punjab Government Rules of Business 2011, with immediate effect, for a period of 04 years.
