Punjab Government Addresses Grievances for Principal Appointments – Meeting Scheduled:

The Government of Punjab, through the Higher Education Department (HED), has issued an important government notification regarding the redressal of grievances related to the selection of Principals (Male/Female) in Multan, Bahawalpur, and D.G. Khan Divisions. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed to review complaints and resolve issues related to the scrutiny process for these appointments.

According to the official notification, the meeting will be held on February 11^th & 12^th, 2025, under the Special Secretary of the Higher Education Department. Applicants who have submitted grievances via Google Form regarding the eligibility criteria and selection process are advised to appear before the committee with supporting documents to present their case.

This step by the Punjab Government aims to ensure transparency and fairness in the principal recruitment process, addressing concerns raised by candidates. SUBJECT:             REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCE FOR THE POSTS OF PRINCIPALS (MALE/FEMALE), MULTAN, BAHAWALPUR & D.G.KHAN DIVISIONS.

                              I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to enclose herewith a list of the officers who have submitted applications/grievances through google form against the scrutiny being done by the committee pursuant to their applications against the posts of Principals (Male/Female) in the light of Eligibility Criteria approved by the Provincial Cabinet.

02.                        I am further directed to state that a meeting of Grievance Redressal Committee under the convenorship of Special Secretary, Higher Education Department is schedule to be held on 11^th & 12^th February 2025 (Tuesday & Wednesday) at 11:00 AM in the committee room of Higher Education Department, Lahore for the redressal of grievances of the applications who applied for the colleges located in Multan, Bahawalpur & D.G.Khan Divisions.

03.                        Therefore, it is requested to communicate the same to all the concerned officers with the direction to appear before the Committee along-with supporting evidence / documents in this regard, if any on given date & time.
