Punjab School Education Department to Review ADP 2024-25 Progress–Official Meeting Notice

Punjab Govt Schedules Review Meeting for ADP 2024-25 Progress:

The Government of Punjab, School Education Department, has officially scheduled a Review Meeting for the Annual Development Programme (ADP) 2024-25 to assess the financial and physical progress of all ongoing projects. The meeting will be chaired by the Secretary, School Education Department, and will take place on Saturday, 15th February 2025, at 03:00 PM in the Committee Room of the department.

All Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAs) in Punjab, along with other key officials, have been requested to attend the meeting online via Zoom. The agenda includes discussions on the progress of development schemes, excess and surrender funds, and the next five-month utilization plan from February to June 2025.

Officials are required to submit their month-wise utilization plans as per the enclosed format before the meeting. For complete details, please refer to the official notification below:

                              I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to inform that Secretary, School Education Department will hold ADP 2024-25 Review Meeting on 15^th February, 2025 (Saturday) at 03.00 PM in the Committee Room of School Education Department, Lahore. The agenda of the meeting is as under: –

1. Financial & Physical progress of All schemes of ADP 2024- 25.
2. Excess and Surrenders against any scheme (If any)
3. Next 5-months utilization plan (from Feb 2025 to June 2025)
