Promotion Cases Update: Pre-DPC Meeting Scheduled for Teaching & Ministerial Staff in Rawalpindi:
The District Education Authority (DEA) Rawalpindi has issued an important notification regarding the Pre-Departmental Promotion Committee (Pre-DPC) meeting for the promotion of teaching and ministerial staff. The meeting is scheduled to take place on February 25, 2025, and aims to process deferred promotion cases of teaching staff as well as fresh promotion cases of ministerial staff.
All relevant District Education Officers (DEOs) have been directed to submit the working papers of promotion cases before the deadline of February 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The promotions include Primary School Teachers (PST) to Elementary School Teachers (EST) and EST to Secondary School Teachers (SST) for both male and female staff.
Additionally, the seniority list for teaching staff as of January 31, 2025, must be prepared and notified by February 28, 2025, in accordance with official rules and policies. For complete details, please refer to the official notification below:

Your attention is invited to the subject.
                             It is to inform you all that Pre DPC meeting has been scheduled to be held on 25.02.2025. Therefore, you all are directed to furnish the working papers of all promotion cases of teaching staff (Deferred Cases) (Male & Female) and Ministerial staff fresh promotion cases of the District before the undersigned on 20.02.2025 at 11.00 A.M for pre-DPC for the promotion of PST to EST and EST to SST(Male and Female) and Ministerial Staff.
                             You all are also directed to prepare seniority list of Teaching Staff (Male and Female) as stood on 31.1.2025 for next DPC as per law/rule/policy and be notified upto 28.02.2025.
