NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the School Education Deportment Punjab Lahore Notification for school timing bearing No. SO(A-1)1-31/2022 dated 10-08-2024 is hereby notified regarding observance of five days of week in public schools, the following below mentioned schedule shall be observed upon opening of schools after summer vacation on 15^th August, 2024.

A. FOR STUDENTS

Monday to Thursday	8:00 AM to 1:30 PM	Single Shift
Friday	8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Monday to Thursday (Morning  Shift)	8:00 AM to 12:30 PM	Double Shift/ Afternoon
Friday (Morning  Shift)	8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Monday to Thursday (Evening/Afternoon shift)	1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Friday  (Evening/Afternoon shift)	2:30PM to 5:30 PM

B.  FOR TEACHERS/STAFF:

Monday to Thursday	07:45 AM to 02:30 PM	Single Shift	Continuous Professional Development (CPD), trainings, academic & co-circular activities, etc. would be under taken for all teacher of morning/ afternoon / evening shift schools during enhanced school hours and on alternate Saturday.

2.         All the District Education Officers District Rawalpindi are directed to ensure strict compliant of orders. Any negligence or non-compliant will be dealt with under the law rules/policy.
