Commissioner Zhob Division Streamlines Complaint Process for SBK & Contract Jobs:

The Office of the Commissioner, Zhob Division, has issued a formal circular dated January 22, 2025, addressing complainants regarding SBK and contractual job-related concerns in District Killa Saifullah. This initiative aims to streamline the complaint submission process, ensuring ease and accessibility for all stakeholders. To minimize inconvenience for complainants traveling to Zhob, the notice directs all complaints, except those already submitted at the Commissioner’s Office, to be filed through the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Killa Saifullah.

The circular also outlines the schedule for the Complaint Resolution Committees (CRC) hearings. The CRC for SBK and contractual teacher job complaints from District Killa Saifullah is set to take place on January 28, 2025, at the Office of the Commissioner, Zhob Division. For SBK-related complaints from the districts of Zhob and Sherani, the CRC will convene on January 29, 2025, at the same venue.

Subject :-       NOTICE / CIRCULAR

                              Complainants against the SBK and contractual jobs of District Killa Saifullah are herby informed to submit their complaints in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Killa Saifullah with an objective to avoid any inconvenience to the complainants for coming Zhob for filing of objections. All complaints (except already submitted complaints at commissioner office) shall be transmitted through the office of the Deputy Commissioner Killa Saifullah.

                              CRC for SBK and Contract teachers’ jobs for District Killa Saifullah will be held on January 28^th, 2025 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Commissioner Zhob Division while CRC for only SBK candidates / complainants belonging to district Zhob and district Sherani will be held on 29^th January, 2025 at 11:30 AM at the said office.

                              Hence, all complainants are requested to come alongwith evidences on due date & time please.
