This directive is based on instructions received from the School Education Department, along with corresponding communication from the Finance Department. The purpose of this notification is to identify long-standing vacancies that have remained unfilled for more than two years and to streamline resource allocation within the department. All Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) in Punjab are required to compile and submit detailed records in a specified Excel format for both teaching and non-teaching positions. Please refer and find enclosed herewith a letter No.SO(SE-III)5-10/2025 dated 21.01.2025 received from School Education Department alongwith a copy of Finance Department’s letter No.SO(S)14-217/2023 dated 08.01.2025 on the subject cited above.

You are requested to provide data of vacant posts of Govt. Employees (BS-05-16) (Teaching and Non-Teaching separately) that have remained vacant for more than 02-years as per the following format both hard and soft forms (Excel Sheet):-

PROFORMA (A) FOR TEACHING POSTS (BS-05-16)

PROFORMA (B) FOR NON-TEACHING POSTS (BS-05-16)

The requisite information complete in all respects should reach in this office within 01-day through E-mail dpielementarypunjab@gmail.com and Whats App Group of Information Cell of this Directorate positively, so that the same may be submitted to the Department without fail.IT MAY BE ASSIGNED TOP PRIORITY
