SUBJECT: UPLOADING OF “ACTIVITY BASED SNAPS” ON DENGUE DASHBOARD AS PER ANTI-DENGUE SOPs
It has been observed that anti-dengue activity based snaps as per anti-Dengue SOPs are not being uploaded on dengue dashboard on regular basis by many anti-dengue users. Furthermore, following measures as mentioned in the anti-Dengue SOPs, need to be taken for eradication of Dengue virus: –
- Cleanliness (premises, toilets, water tanks, roof tops etc.)
- Grass cutting from lawns/grounds
- Removal of Junks/debris
- Removal of stagnant water
- Plugging of water leakages
- Observance of “Zero Period”
- Display of dengue related Banners, Posters & Charts
- Health awareness campaigns
- Maintenance of vector free environment
- Enforcement of Uniform related Instructions by Government
- Supervision of private schools for implementation of directions on Dengue
2. You are therefore, requested to direct the users to ensue uploading ofanti-Dengue “activity based snaps” through Android Phones/Tabs on dengue dashboard. In case of uploading any Irrelevant activity on dengue dashboard, concerned CEO(DEA)/ focal person of district authority/ focal person of attached department will be held responsible and action will be taken accordingly.
