Procedure:

1. Interested ladies and gentlemen dated 22.01.2025 to 25.01.2025 S. T. You can apply online for the desired position on iPortal.

• On 26.01.2025 at 10:00 am the preliminary merit list will be displayed on the notice boards and portal of the respective schools.
• Interview of the candidates will be held on 27th and 28th January 2025.
• The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the notice boards and portal of the respective schools on 29 January 2025 at 10:00 AM.
• Complaints regarding the merit list may be submitted to the concerned District Education Officer up to 05:00 PM on 29 January 2025.
• Related d. E. O himself or through the committee will redress the complaints received by 30.01.2025.
• Placement orders of selected school teaching interns will be issued on the portal on 31.01.2025.
• No TA/DA will be given to the candidates.

Note: These positions are for a limited period and no appointment will be made permanent in this regard.

With the approval of the Chief Minister, applications are now open for School Teacher Interns (STIs) for a limited period. This program aims to provide teaching opportunities to qualified individuals while addressing immediate teaching needs in schools across Punjab. Internship Period:

The STI program will run for a duration of four months, from 1^st February 2025 to 31^st May 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

Academic Qualification

Candidates must meet the following academic requirements according to the level of teaching:

1. Primary Schools
   • Qualification Required: BA/B.Sc
   • Honorarium: Rs. 38,000/- per month
2. Elementary Schools
   • Qualification Required: MA/M.Sc/BS Honors/BA/B.Sc
   • Honorarium: Rs. 40,000/- per month
3. High and Higher Secondary Schools
   • Qualification Required: MA/M.Sc/BS Honors
   • Honorarium: Rs. 45,000/- per month

Application Procedure

Candidates can apply for the STI positions by following these steps:

1. Online Application Submission:
   • Male and female candidates can apply online through the official STI portal link available at www.school.punjab.gov.pk.
   • Application Window: 22^nd January 2025 to 24^th January 2025.
2. Merit List Display:
   • The initial merit list will be displayed on the notice board of the concerned school at 10:00 AM on 25^th January 2025.
3. Interview Process:
   • Shortlisted candidates based on the merit list will be called for interviews.
   • Date of Interview: 25^th January 2025.
4. Final Selection:
   • The names of selected candidates will be displayed on the STI portal and the notice board of the concerned school at 10:00 AM on 29^th January 2025.

Complaint and Grievance Handling

1. Complaints on Merit List:
   • Candidates who wish to challenge the merit list can register their complaints with the concerned District Education Officer (DEO) from 29^th January to 30^th January 2025.
   • Complaints can be submitted until 5:00 PM on 30^th January 2025.
2. Complaint Resolution:
   • All complaints will be resolved at the tehsil level by the concerned DEO no later than 30^th January 2025.

Appointment and Internship Certificate

1. Issuance of Appointment Orders:
   • Appointment orders for selected candidates will be issued and made available on the STI portal on 31^st January 2025.
2. Certificate of Completion:
   • After the successful completion of the internship period, the selected School Teacher Interns will be awarded a certificate by the Government of Punjab.

1. Temporary Nature of the Positions:
   • These positions are strictly temporary and will not lead to permanent employment.
2. No TA/DA:
   • No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided to candidates during the recruitment process.
