Administrative Continuity Ensured for Sindh Local Council Employees Amid Transfer Ban:

In adherence to the prevailing restrictions on the transfer and posting of council employees, the Government of Sindh’s Local Government & Housing Town Planning Department has issued an administrative order addressing the status of officers and officials serving under the Sindh Local Council Employees (Service) Rules, 2017. ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

In pursuance of the prevailing ban on transfers and postings of Council Employees from one council to another, it is hereby directed that all Officers / Officials who were transferred and posted under Rule 14 of the Sindh Local Council Employees (Service) Rules, 2017 for the period of one (01) year shall continue at their present place of posting and draw salaries till further orders.
