I am directed to refer to letter No.20-13-2024-ESTT-III/1277, dated 10.09.2024, on the subject noted above and to request to furnish updated position regarding disciplinary proceedings enquiries and other details pertaining to the Mukhtiarkars appearing on the panel for promotion already submitted with the working papers vide referred letter, so that the promotion cases may be placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee in its upcoming meeting.
