Departments have been directed to provide essential details for creating Admin and Focal Person profiles, which will facilitate the smooth operation of the SJP. SUBJECT: SINDH JOB PORTAL-PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES
I am directed to refer to the subject above and to enclose herewith a copy of the approved note (Annexure-A) from the Honorable Chief Minister of Sindh/Minister In- Charge, which highlights the upcoming activities of the Sindh Job Portal(SJP) created for job postings/vacancies data from various departments at Government of Sindh.
2. In this regard, it is requested to kindly share required information of Administrative Head of the Department as per format mentioned below for provision of Admin user profile and credentials for Sindh Job Portal (SJP):

4. It is, therefore, requested to furnish above information immediately enabling this department to forward to Sukkur IBA University team to create Admin profile of Head of the Department & profile of Focal Person accordingly and make Sindh Job Portal (SJP) operational.
