How to Obtain an NOC for Teachers Applying for Higher-Scale Jobs:
If you are currently employed as a teacher or non-teaching staff in a primary school under the Education Department and wish to apply for a higher-scale position through ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency), you must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the application deadline.
The NOC is essential for ensuring that your service tenure is counted, as well as for benefits such as pay protection and lien retention.
Step-by-Step Guide to Getting an NOC:
Submit a handwritten application along with the required form.
Get your form signed and stamped by your headteacher, ensuring it includes the school diary number.
Attach your appointment order and CNIC with the application.
Submit the documents to your Circle Office/ASDEO Office for verification.
The SDEO Office will process and forward your application within a day.
Finally, the DEO Office will issue the NOC before the ETEA advertisement deadline (March 17, 2025). Please find details below:

Method to take NOC (NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE):
If you are already working as a teacher or non -teacher in the primary school in the Department of Education and you now want to apply for another high scale post via Eta, you must obtain a regular permit (NOC) before the deadline.
Getting the NOC will provide you with the current service period, pay protection, and lein facilities.
The procedure to get the NOC:
1. Apply on a simple paper with the application on the relevant form.
2. Apply the sign, seal and school diary number from the respective school head teacher on your form.
3. Attach your appointment (Appointment Order) and ID card with the form.
4. Submit all the documents to the relevant Circle Office/ ASDEO office. Who is obliged to send him to his SDEO office within a day. Prior to this, they will seal and sign the request.
6. The relevant SDEO sir will seal your request and sign it to the DEO office with your curding letter within a day for further action.
7. Then you will be released from the DEO office before the deadline of the NOC ATA advertisement (March 17).
