Ban on Aerial Firing and Mandatory Valet Parking at Marriage Halls: Hyderabad Administration’s Latest Notification:
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Hyderabad, has issued an Administrative Order dated 17th January 2025, addressing two critical concerns that have significantly impacted public convenience and safety: aerial firing during marriage functions and traffic congestion caused by inadequate parking arrangements at marriage halls. The order aims to safeguard the public by enforcing strict measures to curb these practices.
Aerial firing, a prevalent but hazardous practice during celebrations, poses severe safety risks, contributes to noise pollution, and disturbs the peace. Similarly, the lack of organized parking at marriage halls leads to road blockages and significant disruptions in traffic flow, affecting both attendees and the general public. Recognizing the urgency of these issues, the order mandates immediate compliance with rules to prohibit aerial firing and ensure the provision of valet parking services at all marriage halls in Hyderabad.
This proactive approach emphasizes public safety, smooth traffic flow, and maintaining a peaceful environment during wedding events. The directive outlines strict penalties for violators, including fines, suspension of operating licenses, and legal actions, which demonstrate the administration’s commitment to enforcing these measures. Law enforcement and traffic police are tasked with monitoring adherence to this order to ensure its effective implementation. Notification Describes;
