SUBJECT: PAYMENT OF ENCASHMENT/HIRING TO MAINTENANCE STAFF.
Dear Sir,
Kindly refer to this office letter of dated 31.07.2024. 12.08 2024 & 22.08.2024 whereby it was requested to furnish certain information in respect of employees of maintenance staff establishment up to 26.08.2024 to maintain the seniority list for payment. But due heed has not been accorded due to which the requisite information has not been received in this office even after lapse of Seven weeks on other hand the officials are approaching to this office time and again.
2.                Now, therefore, it is once again requested to impress upon all concerned to provide following information on the prescribed format without further loss of lime up to 19.09.2024 so that needful may be got done within stipulate period. All concerned may be warned of punitive action in case of failure to respond within above timeframe.
