Subject: OFFICE TIMINGS DURING THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMAZAN, 2024.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that the following Office Timings shall be observed, during the forthcoming Holy Month of Ramazan by all the Provincial Government Offices:-
OFFICE WORKING ON 5-DAYS A WEEK
| Monday to Thursday | 09:00 am to 03:00 p.m. |
| Friday | 09:00 am to 01:00 p.m. |
OFFICE WORKING ON 6-DAYS A WEEK
| Monday to Thursday & Saturday | 09:00 am to 02:00 p.m. |
| Friday | 09:00 am to 12:00 p.m. |
2. Therefore, it is requested to please communicate of the above decision to all concerned working under your control.
3. After the Holy month of Ramazan, office hours will stand reverted, to pre-Ramazan timings (summer season), which would be circulated later-on.
