      GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJABSCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT Dated, Lahore the 10th August, 2024 NOTIFICATION NO.SO(A-1)-31/2022: Consequent upon the decision of the Competent Authority regarding observance of five days week in public schools, following schedule shall be observed upon opening of schools after summer vacation on 15th August, 2024: A. FOR STUDENTS: Days Timings Schools Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM Single Shift Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon(Morning shift) Double shift / Afternoon Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon(Morning shift) Monday to Thursday 01:00 PM to 05:30 PM (Evening/ afternoon shift) Friday 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM(Evening / afternoon shift) B. FOR TEACHERS / STAFF: Days Timing Schools Activity Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 03:00 PM Single Shift   Single Shift Continuous Professional Development (CPD), trainings, academic & co circular activities, etc. would be under taken for Double all teacher of morning / shift / afternoon /evening shift Afternoon schools during enhanced school hours and on alternate Saturday.
