Data pertaining different schools is available on School Information System (SIS). In order to cross verify the data entered on SIS, CEOs-DEAs are required to certify the authenticity of available information at SIS. Accordingly, May 09 will be observed solemnly to express our commitment in protecting the high security assets and safe guarding and upholding the honor of our proud armed forces. In this context a ceremony will be held on May 09 in the Schools of Gujranwala Faculty and Students. Teachers will give briefing to the participants to highlight the importance of May 09 as Black Day. A procession will be carried out from the Principal of the institution in which the Faculty and Students will display appropriate banners. The program shall start at 09:45A.M. and should end at 10:20A.M. District Administration will visit the school to monitor this program. Following SOP’S should be observed. I am directed to inform that Govt. of the Punjab; School Education Department is making earnest efforts to enhance education across public schools and boost students’ capabilities through various means. Consequently. the establishment of student councils in government schools is a vital step towards enhancing learning &leadership capabilities. Attached along is a comprehensive guideline in Urdu, outlining the process of setting up student councils in government schools. By adhering to these steps. Government schools can establish dynamic and efficient student councils, empowering students to assume leadership roles and foster positive impacts within their schools.
