Sahara Card 2024-25 Registration Begins for Widows – All You Need to Know: The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has officially started the registration process for the Sahara Card 2024-25, aimed at providing financial relief to widows. This initiative is designed to support elderly and disabled widows by offering them essential financial assistance. Eligible widows can apply by obtaining the Widow Justification Form, which is available free of cost. However, the application will only be processed if all required documents are submitted. Priority will be given to elderly widows, particularly those with disabilities. The eligibility criteria include an age limit of 45 years or above at the time of registration and submission of essential documents such as a certified rare opiate registration certificate and the death certificate of the late husband. In cases where a death certificate is unavailable, verification from a Grade 16 or 17 officer is mandatory. Notification / OM No. No. SO (P/F)/E&SED/2-1/Dawar Khan MNA/PST/Tank/2025 Dated 18-March-2025 Notification Issued By: Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPK Government Orders Transfer of PST Teachers to Their Domicile Union Councils: The Elementary & Secondary Education Department (E&SED), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued a directive regarding the posting and transfer of Primary School Teachers (PST) BPS-12 to their respective domicile Union Councils (UCs). This decision aligns with the provincial government’s transfer and posting policy, ensuring that teachers serve in the areas they were originally recruited for, except for those covered under the Wedlock/Spouse Policy. The directive comes following a complaint from Mr. Dawar Khan Kundi, MNA-NA 43 Tank/DI Khan, highlighting non-compliance with the department’s previous instructions. The Education Department has taken serious notice and directed the concerned authorities, including the Director E&SE KPK and District Education Officers (DEOs) of Tank, to take immediate action and provide a compliance report within three (03) days. Additionally, the vacant posts of PST teachers must be advertised without further delay to ensure timely recruitment and address staffing shortages in schools.
