As per the Cabinet Division’s latest notification, the Prime Minister has approved a three-day public holiday from March 31st (Monday) to April 2nd (Wednesday), 2025. This announcement is in continuation of the previously issued public and optional holiday schedule for 2025. The notification, issued on March 19, 2025, instructs all relevant authorities, media houses, and newspapers to ensure widespread dissemination of this information. These holidays will allow people across the country to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with their families, engaging in traditional festivities and prayers.
