Honorarium will be applicable to all employees (Regular, Contract, Deputation, Daily Wages, Part-Time, and Lump Sum Package) who have been on SEPCO’s payroll for at least six months as of the BOD SEPCO’s approval date. The officers appointed on lump-sum pay package would be allowed Honorarium at the rate of 70% of their pay package. Daily Wages and Part-Time employees must have been originally appointed at least one year before the BoD’s approval date. They would be allowed Honorarium equivalent to minimum of pay scale of their posts. Employees on Extra Ordinary Leave or Deputation outside SEPCO/abroad will not be eligible. Employees involved in departmental inquiries (for the financial year 2024-25) related to corruption, electricity theft, embezzlement, fraud, misconduct, or under NAB/FIA investigations will not be eligible. However, those later exonerated will qualify.
