Education Department KPK Calls for Federal Employee Records to Enhance Governance:
The Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is actively working to streamline administrative processes and ensure accurate record-keeping. In this regard, the department seeks to collect comprehensive data of federal government employees as part of a coordinated initiative. A formal directive has been issued to all relevant offices and stakeholders, including directors, managing directors, chairpersons, and project directors, requesting their full cooperation. This effort aims to enhance transparency, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen inter-departmental collaboration for the benefit of the province’s education system. All concerned parties are encouraged to prioritize this task and adhere to the stipulated guidelines for data submission. Notification Describes;

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter No. SO(E-I)/E&AD/1-100/2024 dated 13-09-2024 along with its enclosures, received from Section Officer (Estt-1), Establishment Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the request to provide the requisite details/information in excel format through CD or email on fa.hot.fedgif@gmail.com along with cover letter for onward submission to the quarter concerned, please.
