Subject: PRELIMINARY WORK TO MAINTAIN & FUNCTIONAL THE PLAYGROUNDS OF SCHOOLS
With reference to the subject cited above
2. I have been directed by the Competent Authority to convey the instructions to ensure themaintenance of playground, look after of planted trees and miawaki forests, cleanliness in the schools and make a regular audit of academic activities as per annual academic calendar in the schools.
3. The above directions may be implemented in letter and spirit.
