Subject: SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING E-TRANSFER POLICY 2024
Memo
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to convey the following special instructions regarding E-Transfer Policy 2024 to be followed please:
- The posts vacated In the schools due to Rationalization, wherein the teachers were in excess, shall not be uploaded in the vacant positions to be filled through E-Transfer Policy.
- No Transfer shall be made from Frontier Regions (FRs) to Settled Tehsil In the same Districts as per Notification No. SO(SM)/E&SED/Mis/11-–1/2024 Dated 13–022024 issued by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary & Secondary Education Department (Attached as Annexure-A).
Note: The above instructions are to be implemented in true letter & spirit.
