KPK Officers Selected for 43rd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC):
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Establishment Department has officially nominated 18 BS-18 officers for the 43rd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC), scheduled to be held at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta from March 31, 2025, to June 6, 2025.
This nomination is in response to a request from the Establishment Division, Islamabad, under letter No. 8/1/2025-T-VI dated January 31, 2025. The selected PMS officers include Deputy Commissioners, Additional Secretaries, Directors, and Deputy Secretaries from various departments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) is an essential capacity-building program designed to enhance leadership skills, policy-making abilities, and administrative expertise among government officers. This training will play a key role in preparing civil servants for higher responsibilities and strengthening governance structures in the province. Please find notification:
