I am directed to enclose herewith a copy of letter No.SO-V/CMS/Jcd/14(1)/4/488, dated 25^th September, 2024 along with recommendation letter of Dr. Shohrab Khan Sarki, MPA, bearing following remarks of Chief Minister:
