KPK E&SE Department Invites Promotion Documents from SST (BPS-16) Male Teachers for Personal Upgradation to BPS-17:
The Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education (E&SE), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has officially notified all District Education Officers (Male) across the province and merged districts to submit required documents for the promotion/upgradation of SST (BPS-16) Male Teachers to Personal BPS-17.
Teachers who were appointed or promoted on or before June 30, 2015, and have completed 10 years of regular service as SSTs by June 30, 2025, are eligible. The deadline to submit the required documents and ACRs/PER files is 30th June 2025.
Teachers already considered in earlier correspondence (appointed before 30-04-2014) need not resubmit. All documents must be submitted in the prescribed sequence through respective DEOs and their establishment staff. Individual submissions by hand will not be accepted.

SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS/ACRS/PERS FOR PROMOTION/UPGRADATION OF SST BPS-16 (MALE) TO PERSONAL (BPS-17)
Memo:
I am directed to refer to this office letter No. 6436-6506 F. No. ACR/ Documents /Personal-17/Promotion/2024/Estab (M-1) dated 17-12-2024 on the subject noted above and to ask you that documents/credentials mentioned below, completed in all respects of SSTs (BPS-16) appointed/promoted on or before 30-06-2015 and completed their ten years regular service as SST (BPS-16) up to 30-06-2025 must be submitted to this office till 30-06-2025. It is pertinent to mention that those personal upgradation cases of SSTs who had been appointed on or before 30-04-2014 has already been sent to Admin Department vide letter No. 8859 dated 19-08-2024, and hence they do not need to resubmit documents please.
It is further stated that the following relevant attested Documents/PERS/ACRs files must be attached at the given sequence through covering letter of District Education Officer concerned without disturbing the sequence.

General Instructions:
1. By Hand individual ACRs/PERS and Documents files will Not be collected/received.
2. All DEOS are directed to submit ACRS/PERS and Documents of concerned SSTs through ASDEO (Establishment)/Deputy DEO (M) and DA concerned along with covering letter in consolidated format accordingly.
NOTE: Those who have already submitted Documents/ACRs/PERS files needs not to resubmit files again.

This notification brings a golden opportunity for SST (Male) Teachers in KP to secure their long-awaited promotion from BPS-16 to Personal BPS-17. The KP Elementary & Secondary Education Department has streamlined the process by setting clear eligibility criteria and providing a well-structured checklist.
If you’re a teacher appointed or promoted before June 30, 2015, and will complete 10 years of service by mid-2025, this promotion window is for you. Make sure your ACRs, service records, certificates, and bio-data are attested and submitted in the exact sequence through your DEO office. Remember, individual or hand-delivered files won’t be entertained, so contact your ASDEO or Deputy DEO to submit your complete application in time. This is also a good time to verify your seniority list and ACR countersignatures, ensuring nothing is left out
