KPK Govt Introduces Attendance Certificates to Promote Regularity in Schools:

In a bid to improve student attendance rates and encourage discipline in schools, the Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has introduced a Best Attendance Certificate for students. As per the latest government notification, all students from Class 8th to 12th who maintain 100% attendance for six months will be rewarded with this certificate.

This initiative aims to promote punctuality and dedication among students, ensuring that consistent attendance contributes to better academic performance and overall student development. Schools across KPK have been directed to implement this policy and issue certificates to eligible students. Additionally, District Education Officers (DEOs) will create a standardized certificate format to be used in all government schools.

By recognizing students for their commitment to education, the KPK government hopes to inspire other students to improve their attendance records. This move is expected to create a positive and competitive learning environment.

SUBJECT:             ISSUANCE OF BEST ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE AFTER EVERY 06 MONTHS FOR STUDENTS OF CLASS 8^TH TO 12^TH FOR ACHIEVING 100% ATTENDANCE

           I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that as per direction of the competent authority, all the District Education Officers (Male & Female) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to issue the direction to all head of Government Schools, to issue best attendance certificate to those students, who achieved 100% attendance after 06 months each.

         The basic motive of this initiative is to increase student’s attendance rate as regular attendance plays a pivotal role in academic success, discipline, and overall development. Acknowledging and rewarding students for their consistent attendance will serve as a motivating agent for others and contribute to a more engaged and disciplined learning environment.

            It is further directed that a unified format of the certificate may be designed by DEOS and share with all the head of institutes.

            Your cooperation in this initiative will be greatly appreciated as it will encourage a culture of punctuality and dedication among students.
