KPK Government Approves NOC for Teacher’s Deputation Absorption – Official Update:

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has issued an official notification regarding the extension and absorption of Ms. Kalsoom Bano (SST Bio/Chem, BS-16) into the National Rahmatul-lil-Aalameen Wa Khatamun Nabiyyin Authority, operating under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad.

According to the Elementary & Secondary Education Department (E&SED) KP, Ms. Kalsoom Bano has been serving on deputation since March 15, 2022, and is set to complete her term by March 14, 2025. The Federal Ministry has requested a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for her permanent absorption, and the KP Education Department has officially stated that it has no objection to this request.

This move aligns with government policies on deputation transfers and allows professionals to continue their services in federal institutions while ensuring smooth administrative processes. The final approval for this transfer now rests with the Establishment Department of KPK, which has been requested to grant the requisite NOC for further proceedings.

Dear Sir,

                              I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose a copy of letter No.1-2/2022/NRKNA/ADMIN/630 dated 19-02-2025 received from Assistant Director (Admn) Govt. of Pakistan National Rahamatul-lil-Aalameen Wa Khatamun Nabiyyin Authority M/o Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad requesting therein for grant of NOC regarding permanent absorption of Ms. Kalsoom Bano, SST (Bio/Chem) BS-16 in National Rahamatul-lil-Aalameen Wa Khatamun Nabiyyin Authority under Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Islamabad who is on deputation to the said organization w.e.f 15-03-2022 to 14-03- 2025. This Department has no objection to the requested absorption.

2.            In view of the above, the Establishment Department is requested to grant the requisite NOC/ concurrence in the subject matter to proceed further accordingly, please.
