Notification
No.5(29)-B&A/2007-Vol-III: In partial modification of this office Notification of even number 4(11)-Dev./2004 dated 23rd July, 2005 and in exercise of the powers conferred by virtue of Section 43 of the West Pakistan Motor Vehicle Ordinance, 1965 (West Pakistan Ordinance XIX of 1965) read with the Justice Division’s Notification No. F.17(2) 80-Pub, dated the 31st December, 1980 issued in pursuance of Article 2 of the Islamabad Capital territory (Administration) Order, 1980 (P.O. No.18 of 1980), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Chief Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory, is pleased to re-fix the fee payable for transfer of ownership of vehicles under Rule 47 of West Pakistan Motor Vehicles Rules 1969, w.e.f. 14-04-2025.

2. The relevant rules of Motor Vehicles stand amendment accordingly and the above-mentioned fee shall be deposited in the relevant Head of Account allocated by the Ministry of Finance.
