SPPRA Introduces Training on E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for Public Sector Officials:
The Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) has introduced a new e-procurement system, the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), developed in collaboration with PPRA Islamabad. This system will digitalize procurement processes, allowing government departments to manage their procurement activities, from planning to bidding and contract awards, through a single online platform.
To ensure smooth implementation, SPPRA has scheduled mandatory training workshops across various districts of Sindh, including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Larkana, during April and May 2025. All government departments are required to nominate officials with computer literacy to attend these sessions. The nominated personnel will act as system administrators for their respective departments.
This initiative aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public procurement. Departments must treat this matter as urgent and important to comply with the latest digital transformation policies. For further details, please refer to the official notification below.
