Key eligibility highlights include:
Employees must have completed six months on the payroll.
Daily wage workers must have at least one year of service.
Employees involved in corruption, fraud, or misconduct will not qualify.
Employees under prolonged NAB/FIA investigations (over three years) may still be eligible.
Employees on extraordinary leave or deputation abroad are excluded.
This initiative reinforces MEPCO’s commitment to employee welfare while maintaining ethical standards. The honorarium will provide financial relief during Eid and boost morale across all MEPCO offices.
