Subject OBSERVANCE 09TH MAY AS BLACK DAY
May 09, is an abominable day in which trouble makers and mischief mongers entered into high security assets of the country and caused widespread destruction. Accordingly, May 09 will be observed solemnly to express our commitment in protecting the high security assets and safe guarding and upholding the honor of our proud armed forces. In this context a ceremony will be held on May 09 in the Schools of Gujranwala Faculty and Students. Teachers will give briefing to the participants to highlight the importance of May 09 as Black Day. A procession will be carried out from the Principal of the institution in which the Faculty and Students will display appropriate banners.
The program shall start at 09:45A.M. and should end at 10:20A.M.
District Administration will visit the school to monitor this program.
Following SOP’S should be observed.
- All should maintain discipline
- No one should be allowed to leave assembly hall
- Principal will be responsible for maintaining discipline for the program
- Cleanness should be observed
- Pictorial evidence should be shared at 11:00 AM. Positively via Official WhatsApp Group.
