NOTIFICATION
No.F.9(1)/2018-A.II.– In pursuance of Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court of  Pakistan dated 22nd March. 2024 passed in Constitution Petitions No 76 of 2018, 15 of 2020 and C.P.No.2 of 2021 in CPLA Nos. 1390 and 1397 of 2012 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Article 195 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is pleased to retire Mr. Justice Shaukat Aziz, Siddiqui Judge Islamabad High Court. Islamabad on attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 30.06 2021.
2. Â Â Â Â Â Consequently, this Division earlier Notification No.F.9(2)/2018-A-II, dated 11th October, 2018 regarding removal of learned former Judge may be treated as withdrawn.
