Pakistan Post Inquiry Committee Suspends Recruitment Re-Exam:

The Pakistan Post Office has officially announced the postponement of the recruitment re-exam for officials appointed under the 2022-2023 hiring cycle. This decision follows a stay order issued by the NIRC Bench Karachi on March 20, 2025, effectively delaying the examination process until further notice.

The exam, originally scheduled from March 23 to March 25, 2025, was part of an inquiry process initiated by the Prime Minister’s Office regarding rental properties and recruitment practices within Pakistan Post. The directive for the examination was conveyed through the Director General of Pakistan Post Islamabad via letter No. ER.5-1/2025 dated February 25, 2025. This unexpected suspension raises concerns among candidates who had been preparing for the test, as further updates will depend on the NIRC’s final decision.

                              With reference to this office letter of even No, dated 19-03-2025 as per recommendation No. 02 of Prime Minister Office inquiry report regarding subject noted above conveyed by Director General Pakistan Post Islamabad vide letter No. ER.5- 1/2025 dated 25.02.2025 the specially designed test for the officials appointed against advertised posts in 2022-2023 was scheduled to be held from 23-03-2025(Sunday) to 25-03-2025(Tuesday).

                              However, due to stay orders issued by the NIRC bench Karachi on 20-03- 2025, the said test is hereby ordered to be held in abeyance till decision.
