Punjab Government Issues Official Office Timings for Ramazan 2025:
The Government of Punjab, Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) has officially announced the Ramazan office timings for government offices operating across the province. These revised office hours will be observed throughout Ramazan 1446 Hijri (March 2025) to facilitate employees in managing both their professional and religious commitments effectively.
According to the notification, Punjab government offices working on a 5-day week will operate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), while Friday’s working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Similarly, offices working on a 6-day schedule will have timings from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday & Saturday), with Fridays ending at 12:30 PM.
This adjustment ensures that government employees can efficiently perform their duties while also having sufficient time for religious observances, prayers, and fasting. Citizens interacting with Punjab government departments should also take note of these revised timings to plan their visits accordingly.
