Punjab Govt Announces Educational Scholarship for Employees’ Children – Apply Before Deadline!
The Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund has officially announced the Educational Scholarship Grant for 2024-25, aimed at supporting the children of serving, retired, deceased, or invalidated Punjab government employees. The application process for this financial assistance program is now open from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2025.
This scholarship initiative ensures financial aid for students pursuing education at different levels. The Punjab government is encouraging eligible applicants to submit their applications before the deadline to secure financial support for their children’s education.
All administrative departments, district authorities, and concerned offices have been directed to circulate this important update to employees under their jurisdiction. Eligible candidates must submit complete application forms along with attested documents to the concerned Benevolent Fund Board Office before 31st March 2025. 2. I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to re-iterate that date for the submission of prescribed application forms for Educational Scholarships to the children of serving / retired / deceased / Invalidated retired Punjab Government Servants for the year 2024-2025 has been fixed from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025.
3. It is once again requested that all the offices under your administrative control may be apprised of the matter and they may be directed to ensure that application lams, complete in all respects, along with attested copies of relevant documents must reach the concerned Benevolent Fund Board Offices prior to cut of date i.e. 31.03.2025, without fail.
4. It is further re-iterated that out off date means the final date to reach all the application forms of educational Scholarship Grant in the concerned Benevolent Fund Boards Offices as detailed below: –

Punjab Govt Urges Timely Submission of Scholarship Applications for 2024-25:
The Punjab Government Benevolent Fund Board emphasizes the strict submission deadline for the Educational Scholarship Grant 2024-25. Employees and their families must ensure their applications reach the respective offices before 31st March 2025, as no late submissions will be entertained.
To avoid any inconvenience, applicants should carefully review the required documents and follow the prescribed submission process based on their employment category. Those in Grade 16 & above and non-gazetted secretariat employees (Grade 1-15) must submit forms to the Provincial Benevolent Fund Board in Lahore, while all other non-gazetted employees must apply through their respective Deputy Commissioner’s Office.
