With reference to this Directorate Letter No. ADMNI-III/89/2024-25, Hyderabad dated 04-10-2024, I am directed to communicate that the working papers for consideration of promotion cases. These cases include promotions from BPS-01 to BPS-04 to the post of Junior Clerk, Junior Clerk to the Post of Senior Clerk, and Senior Clerk to the Post of Assistant.
You are advised to furnish the following documents: –

2. Working Papers
3. No Dues Certificate
4. No Enquiry Certificate
5. Genuineness Certificate
6. Certificate stating that the individual has not been declared an absconder
