Special Dispensation for Federal Employees: Establishment Division Requests Key Documents for Post Upgradation-Notification

Subject:-       SPECIAL DISPENSATION FOR THE CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE FEDERAL COVERNMENT FOR THE EMPLOYEES IN BPS-01 TO BPS-16

The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Communications O.M. No. 12(15)/PO-II/2021 dated 09^th August, 2024 to advise to provide the following documents/information to proceed the further in the matter:-

1. Notified copy of the Recruitment Rules of the posts proposed for upgradation.
2. Organogram of the Ministry/ Division/Department but not showing the post.
3. Comparative statement showing the qualification, experience, age limit of post which is proposed to be up-gradation corresponding qualification experience, age limit of identical/ same post available in higher pay scale in other Ministry / Division
4. Justifications for up-gradation/re-designation of posts, as the case may be, indicating specific point of policy under which proposal is found covered.
5. Certificate duly signed by the Secretary of the Ministry/Division that structure of the Department has been examined strictly in line with the policy and that no other reference for up-gradation/re-designation of posts will be made to Establishment Division till 05 years.
6. A certificate the subject the subject matter is not pending in any court of law.
