NADRA Introduces Doorstep Services for Families of Martyrs:
In a heartfelt initiative to honor the sacrifices of the martyrs of the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced the launch of a doorstep service to facilitate the widows and immediate families of Shuhada in Pakistan.
This service aims to assist the families of fallen heroes in updating their identity documents without the need to visit a NADRA center. Widows observing “Iddat” or family members facing medical issues can now contact NADRA through dedicated landline numbers (051-9208602 and 051-9204903) to avail of this facility. Upon receiving a request, a special NADRA team will visit the homes of martyrs’ families to provide necessary documentation services.
This initiative reflects NADRA’s commitment to supporting the families of national heroes, ensuring that they receive the necessary documentation without delays or difficulties. Please find the official notification below:

SUBJECT: Launch of Doorstep Service to Facilitate the wives and immediate Families of Shuhadas of Armed Forces and LEAs in Pakistan
1. The matchless sacrifices of the martyrs of the Armed Forces of Pakistan and the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) who laid down their lives in the path of duty for the sake of the country are the golden chapter of the eternal story of patriotism and sense of duty. As a national institution, NADRA pays tribute to all the martyrs of the country and is trying to provide all possible support to the families of the martyrs.
2. Immediately after the martyrdom, the widow or family of the martyr has to get the identity documents changed to get pension and other benefits. In this regard, if the widow of the martyr is unable to visit the nearest NADRA Office due to “Iddat” or the heirs due to some medical excuse, then contact the landline number “051-9208602 and 051-9204903.
3. NAPRA team will go to the house of martyrs and provide required services.
