Subject:                 NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED IN SCHOOLS BUILDING.

Memo:

Reference to the subject cited above, you are directed to keep vigilant eyes on school premises. No illegal activities, Tuition Centers, Ceremonies, Business activities etc are allowed in schools. In case of any activity is reported through any source then concerned Head Teacher or Incharge will be personally responsible and strict action will be initiated which may result in termination from service.

As you are the custodians of all the assets of school like building, furniture, all moveable and immovable items etc. You are therefore directed to follow the following directions in letter and spirit

1. Bound the chowkidar to perform his duties with full zeal and responsibility.
2. Give written direction to the chowkidars via order book to perform their duties with responsibility.
3. Make sure that he will be the responsible for anything misplace from the premises of school and misuse of school building.
4. Make sure your rapid visit to the school to check the duty and assets of the school.
5. In case of any emergency keep close liaison with ASDEO circle.
