SUBJECT: URGENT REPAIRS REQUIRED FOR DANGEROUS SCHOOL BUILDING OF GGLSS PHULL CAMPUS (BOYS PRIMARY SECTION) HAVING SEMIS CODE 416040566 TALUKA & DISTRICT NAUSHARO FEROZE.
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a critical matter regarding the safety of students in GGLSS Phull Campus boys primary section. Numerous complaints from villagers and a recent report from our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team have highlighted the alarming condition of the school building.
The building poses a significant risk to students, teachers, and staff hence it is requested for immediate repairs which is essential to prevent any untoward incidents. In addition to this it is advised to conduct an urgent assessment of the building’s structural integrity, Identify and repair extremely dangerous parts that can collapse at any time. It is also pertinent to mention that the failure to address this issue promptly may result in Loss of life or serious injury.
