Attention: All AEO (EE-M), District Vehari
Subject: INSPECTION OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS REGARDING BUILDINGS FITNESS.
With reference to the subject cited above.
It is stated that students are the most important asset for a nation and the undersigned is directed by high ups to focus on safety of students on priority basis.
In this regard, you are directed to visit all private schools under your jurisdiction and check building fitness certificates issued by “Building Department or authorized private firm named MS. ZAFM Engineering Services Vehari) and also check Renewal E-licenses (for year 24-2026) of all Private Schools.
Furthermore, you are directed to submit comprehensive report of your visit with recommendations to seal the school,if any dangerous, substandard, precarious, or dilapidated building found. Send pie of your visit on daily basis.
